SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery Time
The product(s) are delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer on their order within a practical time defined below according to the distance and capabilities of the shipping company. Please note that delivery to your home address is done by your local post office so if you have any special delivery instructions you need to contact your local post office. Part of Estonian post office is over once a package has crossed the border. It might take around 10 business days for air mail and around 20 business days for ground mail in continental Europe. EXPRESS mail is 3 to 4 days service. The shipping delivery time is for information only and is not guaranteed.
Delivery rules
ORDERS ARE SEND TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER FROM Monday to Friday
Deliveries are treated under 36 hours (working days only) after infos verifications and bank's agreement
Usual shipping days are from Monday to Friday until 4 PM Tallinn Estonian time (GMT+2)
Caution, if you want to have the products by Friday and the week-end, we recommend you to place your order a weel in advance.
